Position: Administration Assistant to Contracts Manager
Hours: 20-30 Hours - flexible hours to be discussed
Due to the award of a further long term contract J C Services & Son Ltd are looking for a Contract Administrator Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience in similar role
Construction industry experience is an advantage
MS office knowledge
Flexible approach to working hours
Meticulous planning and programming skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
Tenant communication and liaison skills

Weekly Reporting to directors
Communicate with suppliers & sub-contractors,
Updating live spread sheets
Communicate with employees and getting starter packs ready for site
Invoicing using excel & Sage (Sage knowledge is not essential training will be given)
Close liaison with the clients administration staff and project manager
Rate to be discussed dependant on experience.
Start preferably January
