OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between staff and customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and filing systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience working in the construction industry is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure an efficient operation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, help customers through our process, and provide exceptional customer support
  • Navigate and work with our CRM software
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices and financial records using QuickBooks
  • Request building permits, and wiring permits. Navigate township permit requirements
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Work PV system design software and estimation procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling projects, communication with the installation team.
