POSITION SUMMARY

RBCI is seeking a Administrative Assistant - Junior to support the Program Executive Office Soldier (PEOS), Project Manager Soldier Medical Devices (PM SMD), Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services. Project Manager Soldier Medical Devices (PM SMD) consists of the following: provides Medical Materiel Support to all Army components facilitating optimal healthcare and worldwide medical readiness through; the procurement, assembly, and distribution of Medical Equipment and Medical Materiel Sets, Kits, Outfits (SKOs), the disassembly of previously fielded medical materiel and equipment, the management of excess medical materiel, the provision of disposition instructions, the management of on-hand medical materiel inventory, and the provision of technical assistance for medical materiel sustainment operations including training on Army automated logistics systems. The work for this position shall be performed onsite.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Up to 20% annually, CONUS and OCONUS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Minimum of 2 years in medical logistics, supply chain management, or a related field within the healthcare industry in an administrative capacity.
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% annually, CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
