We’re looking for a skilled Agent Experience Coordinator to join our award-winning team and play a vital role in supporting our agents and contributing to the efficiency of our sales department.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and data.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Apple, and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM) is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with agents and team members.
- A supportive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Based in Calgary, AB.
Responsibilities:
- Agent Support: Serve as the main point of contact for agents, providing guidance, handling communications, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Event Coordination: Plan and assist with team and client events, including year-end functions, seasonal celebrations, client appreciation events, and seminars.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare documents, schedule appointments, manage calendars, and order supplies to maintain seamless operations.
- Training & Meetings: Organize training materials, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure sessions are productive and aligned with team objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain records and compile reports on agent performance, training attendance, and other metrics critical to team success.
- Recognition: Document and communicate agent achievements and milestones, ensuring visibility within the organization and with the Marketing team for promotional purposes.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage agent onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing team members
