Description Administrative Assistant - Recruitment and human resource functions involving applicants and existing employees - Maintaining calendar and schedule of two senior management members - Freedom to create process and procedures that work with your duties or use existing procedures - Able to independently navigate Windows PC & iOS and use the internet as a resource to problem solve, find information, etc - Successfully use (and quickly adapt to new) office equipment (copy machines, scanners, printers, fax machines, etc.), hardware and software to improve processes/systems.
