Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you a whizz with Microsoft Office and Excel? Do you thrive in an organisation and love creating systems that keep everything running smoothly? We’re looking for a dynamic admin assistant to join our small, close-knit team at LA Solutions (Training) Ltd, a Training Provider in Lincoln.
In this role, you’ll work directly with the business owner, diving into the day-to-day operations of our Training ventures. You’ll have the freedom to implement systems you feel would be advantageous to the company. This is a self-employed, with a minimum of 10 hours per week (and the possibility of more).

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage emails, calendars, and documents, Social media and ensuring everything is organised and up to date.
  • Financial Tasks: track payments and manage client relations.
  • Systems Manager: Implement and refine organisational systems and help draft our procedures manual. you will also be inputting data onto out CRM System Confirm bookings, Joining Instructions.

DUTIES

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Utilise computerised systems to manage office documentation and correspondence.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Provide clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
  • Assist with financial record keeping using Quick Books for invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
  • Proficiently use Google Suite applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
