  • ou create, edit and format professional documents, letters, templates, overviews and internal documents in Microsoft Word.
  • You maintain extensive tables, lists and analyses in Microsoft Excel and ensure high data quality.
  • You create Excel analyses, statistics and reports, and prepare information clearly and in a way that is ready for decision-making.
  • You expertly coordinate emails, appointments, reminders and votes using Microsoft Outlook.
  • You will handle written and telephone correspondence with internal and external contacts.
  • You coordinate appointments, prepare meetings and provide support with follow-up.
  • You will record, check and update data in internal systems and ensure complete and traceable documentation.
  • You prepare documents for approvals, consultations, decisions and internal votes.
  • You structure digital filing systems, maintain confidential documents, and ensure that information can be found quickly.
  • You will assist in maintaining and further developing templates, checklists, overviews and process documentation.
  • You keep track of deadlines, open items and priorities, and ensure that tasks are reliably followed up.
  • You will work closely with various internal departments and provide support where precision, discretion and organizational strength are required.

 

You bring the following:

  • You have completed commercial training or bring relevant experience in a demanding assistant, administrative or organizational role.
  • You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook and use them confidently, efficiently and routinely in your daily work.
  • You can professionally create, structure, and maintain tables, analyses, documents, and email communication.
  • You work extremely carefully, in a structured manner, and reliably.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You think ahead, recognize priorities, and work proactively.
  • You write confidently, clearly, and professionally in German.
  • You have fluent German skills, both spoken and written.
  • Good English skills are desirable.
  • You communicate in a friendly, reliable, and professional manner.
  • You handle confidential information responsibly and discreetly.
  • You bring initiative, a sense of responsibility and a strong service orientation.
  • You enjoy working in a team and provide reliable support where organizational accuracy is required.
