- Provide administrative support to local leadership and business teams.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, training sessions, and company events.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reporting.
- Assist with office operations, facility coordination, and vendor management.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees and visitors.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documentation.
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and administrative record keeping.
- Coordinate local employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel regularly within the Netherlands to support company locations, meetings, and business activities.
- Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, executive assistant, or similar support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting leadership teams in a multinational organization.
- Previous experience within healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or life sciences industries.
- Experience coordinating events, travel arrangements, and vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with purchase order, expense management, or HR-related administrative processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships across all levels of an organization.
