Description Carteret Management is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT who will work closely with the property manager to oversee operations at an apartment community conveniently located in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Resident Relations: Maintain a positive, customer service-oriented approach to management with a goal of meeting resident and community needs. Operations: Assist in oversight of community, including marketing & leasing, monitoring work orders, handling resident concerns or issues, working closely with resident through the recertification process, collect and enter rental payments, manage waiting list and applications. Compliance: The property is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit site; all staff must ensure that strictest compliance is maintained with all programmatic standards. Administrative: maximize usage of RealPage’s OneSite software for operating efficiency. Answer phones, manage filing (work orders, tenant files, vendor files), generate mailings and tenant notices, answer and address property inquiries. Requirements Excellent customer service skills. Experience with affordable programs required. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, corporate team, residents).
