EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred but not required. This is for a legal office
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
