DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role will be responsible for corporate documentation control, clinical credentialing and compliance, investor database management, and providing backup support to the Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy. This is a full time on-site position and will require reporting to our offices located in Campbell, CA.
