DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role will be responsible for corporate documentation control, clinical credentialing and compliance, investor database management, and providing backup support to the Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy. This is a full time on-site position and will require reporting to our offices located in Campbell, CA.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or legal emphasis preferred
  • 3+ years of legal administrative assistant experience
  • Data base applications experience
  • MS Excel medium/advanced user
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level. Your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. In addition to those factors, we also examine internal equity as well as consider current market rate, and title may be assessed one level lower or higher accordingly. After you join the company your performance, contributions, and results along with business and organizational needs will affect your base salary. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $75,000 to $90,000 + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Documentation Control:
  • Maintenance of Conga Contracts software
  • Assure capture and retention of appropriate contracts throughout the entire portfolio
  • Facilitate and assure proper escalation and authorization of contracts according to documented procedures
  • Facilitating workflow of new contract creation and execution (using standardized templates)
  • Managing creation, approval and execution of standard nondisclosure and consulting agreements
  • Assure confidentiality of records
  • Train portfolio employees on the use of Conga and compliance with documented procedures
  • Clinical Credentialing and Compliance
  • Enroll in and manage Corporate accounts with vendor credentialing services
  • Respond to requests from employees and vendors for vendor credentialing requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of each credentialed employee and vendor
  • Investor Database Management
  • Back up to Executive Assistant
  • Travel management
  • Other duties as required
