Description
WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
You will take end-to-end responsibility for the entire variable compensation process – from conception and stakeholder management to payout control.
With your focus on efficiency, you are consistently driving the optimization of the variable compensation process towards automation and digitalization.
Together with the Group Manager Business Partnering, you will manage and continuously develop the compensation policy and promotion processes.
You are responsible for maintaining and developing the national staffing plan as well as the national staffing plan architecture and ensure transparency and governance.
You manage the topic of salary benchmarks (including Mercer) and, together with the HR Business Partners, ensure their integration into the compensation policy.
As the main contact person for calculations under the Pay Transparency Act (EntgTranspG), you ensure reliable results.
You will create meaningful reports, analyses and decision-making templates for HR business partners and management stakeholders.
With your commitment to quality, you ensure excellent data quality, clear governance, and consistent HR processes in your areas of responsibility.
In interface management with payroll, finance and controlling, you ensure a smooth flow of information and provide independent support for project topics.
Responsibilities
WHO YOU ARE
You have a completed degree in business administration, HR, finance or a comparable qualification.
You already have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, People Operations or HR Governance.
You possess a very good understanding of compensation structures, job logics and HR processes.
You are confident and experienced in dealing with personnel costs, provisions and HR analyses.
You are proficient in Excel and ideally you already have experience with HR and planning systems as well as AI applications.
Your work style is analytical, precise, detail-oriented, structured, and process-oriented.
You are able to present complex issues in an understandable way and to advise stakeholders confidently.
High reliability and a strong sense of responsibility complete your profile.
Your German skills are at an excellent level and you speak fluent English in a business context.
You enjoy coming to our office and are happy to work with the team in Stephanskirchen at least 2 days a week. (A hybrid work model with up to 50% mobile office is possible.)
The position is advertised as a part-time position for 30-40 hours per week.
