Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, and routine correspondence.
  • Deliver secretariat services for key committees and working groups, including preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Support major ICT projects by organising documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage financial processes such as purchasing and vendor liaison, ensuring timely payments and compliance with policy.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries, escalating issues appropriately and ensuring accurate information is provided.
  • Maintain divisional databases and records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
