HOURLY: Up to $18.50 STATUS: Non-exempt, part time 20-25 hours/week SUMMARY Provides administrative support to the programs Home Safe Home at Lifespan. Manages data collection, reporting and other essential tasks for the successful operation. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provide support to Program Manager with requested tasks. 2. Responsible for collecting, tracking, and reporting data for assigned program areas. 3. Assists with tasks involving the intake of new referrals, scheduling home visits, PeerPlace database documentation, units’ entry, and funder reports for Home Safe Home Program. 4. Streamline ways of collecting data and minimizing redundancies. 5. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Associates degree in human services or related field required preferred. EXPERIENCE: Strong technology background with strong interpersonal and customer skills GEOGRAPHICAL AREA: Rochester, NY area EXPERIENCE · Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment with attention to detail · A portion of the work is performed at a desk or at a personal computer station · Strong interpersonal skills necessary · Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills required · Computer skills (MS Office).
