SUMMARY Provides administrative support to the programs of the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute (FLCI) at Lifespan. Assists with the planning, organization, and delivery of Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan program activities and events. RESPONSIBILITIES Provides clerical, scheduling and other support to the Division Leader. Assist with data entry for programs of FLCI. Review and submit department invoices and vouchers for program staff and subcontractors. Input and create contracts as needed. Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing events for the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan. Attend Memory Café and other department events. Assist as needed. Provide support to Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute’s team, with planning, organizing and implementing outreach, training and education events. Assist with tracking and compiling evaluation data for trainings and presentations. Streamline ways of collecting data and minimizing redundancies. Assist with developing, monitoring and implementing social media outreach for the Finger Lakes Caregiver Institute at Lifespan. Monitor department use of supplies and electronic equipment and assist with ordering according to funder guidelines. Assist with client survey administration and collection. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Associates degree in human services or related field required EXPERIENCE: Strong technology background with strong interpersonal skills GEOGRAPHICAL AREA: Rochester, NY area EXPERIENCE · Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment with attention to detail · A portion of the work is performed at a desk or at a personal computer station · Strong interpersonal skills necessary · Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills required · STRONG Computer skills (MS Office).
