An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant to join the head office of a well-established national healthcare organisation based in Milton.


Working within a supportive team, you'll coordinate a range of administrative processes, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure documentation and information are managed accurately and efficiently.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to apply their skills within the healthcare sector, with training provided on the organisation's systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative processes relating to government-funded home care programs.
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
  • Liaise with internal teams, government agencies and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate information across multiple systems and databases.
  • Prepare reports, reconcile information and assist with compliance activities.
  • Provide reception and general office support, including phone enquiries, meetings and travel bookings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.


About You

You are a dependable and motivated administrator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. You learn new systems quickly, have excellent attention to detail and can confidently manage competing priorities.


To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and databases.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
