JOB SUMMARY

PipeSak Pipeline Products is currently recruiting a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Logistics Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of both our office and products. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties that contribute to the overall success of our organization.

The reception and office administration duties will include:

  • Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff member
  • Greet visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain general office appearance, make coffee, etc.
  • Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and other software, have excellent internet research skills
  • Filing for all staff and maintaining office filing system
  • Data entry, ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Provide administrative support as required

The logistics support duties will include:

  • Organizing and prioritizing the movement of freight
  • Getting shipping quotes for domestic and international shipments
  • Prepare shipping documents and tracking shipments
  • Assisting with other tasks as required, such as maintaining accurate inventory records, approving freight invoices, and tracking shipments.

Additional Requirements:

  • A post secondary education in business administration or equivalent job experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills to deal with competing priorities and manage their time appropriately

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
