Peak Health & Performance is an established, multidisciplinary, and collaborative health team that is looking for our next full time superstar Patient Experience Manager to join our incredible Peak Health Team!
We are looking for approximately 16 hours consistently per week, with the opportunity for more hours and coverage as needed. This is a great opportunity for an individual wanting to become part of a diverse healthcare team and seeking long term growth within a company!

THE HOURS OF WORK THAT WE ARE CONSISTENTLY LOOKING FOR ARE:

  • Mondays: 1 pm - 9 pm
  • Saturdays: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
    Our four clinics are located centrally in SW Calgary, in the thriving neighborhoods of Elboya, Kingsland, Oakridge, and Marda Loop. Our clinics offer evidence informed manual therapy, with an emphasis on more one-on-one attention per visit, building strong referral relationships, always putting the patient first, giving more, and providing lasting results in fewer appointments.
    We have quickly grown from a 2-person team in late 2012, to one of the biggest injury rehab clinics in Calgary with a team of over 60 employees and an exceptional reputation, evident by our 1500+ 5-STAR online reviews. With our leadership, management team, and dedication, we have thrived throughout the last few years, and we are continuing to grow!
    We are looking for a highly motivated Patient Experience Manager who is enthusiastic, professional, caring, hardworking, and can offer an exceptional PEAK Patient Experience alongside The Peak Team.
