Description

Lugaro Jewellers is seeking a friendly, career oriented candidate for an administrative assistant position for our Head Office located at 996 Park Royal South, West Vancouver BC.
Wage is based on experience.
Lugaro is one of the largest Canadian diamond dealers, importers of fine gemstones and jewellery manufactures in Western Canada.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Prepare and receive shipments from various vendors and sources, with light lifting required.
- Answering phone calls, emails and providing basic information
- Provide general office support including managing calendars, order office supplies and maintain office cleanliness
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, updating project status reports, and assisting with research
- Perform detail and accurate data entry
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant role or similar position preferred
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using computer
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
