Lugaro Jewellers is seeking a full-time administrative person to join the team in our head office location.
The successful candidate should have the following:
- Friendly, professional phone manner and customer service skills
- Able to learn industry specific software
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.) and various shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, Canada Post)
- Ability to work as a team, take initiative and work independently if needed
- Extremely organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong work ethic
- Must process a strong command of the English language
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of jewellery and/or watches would be an asset
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Receive shipments; ensure everything is accounted and received
- Send out shipments to various vendors and stores using various shipping platforms
- Data entry
- Support Department manager in various tasks when required
- Order company supplies and maintain office cleanliness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
