Your tasks:

  • Invoice control, processing, and expense budget monitoring (IST vs. BP)
  • Ordering office supplies, individual office furniture, and managing internal AS
  • Managing incoming tickets, GA email account, and allocation to GA members
  • Supporting shipping operations and acting as deputy shipping clerk during absences
  • Assisting caretaker with planning tasks and monitoring task execution and ticket status
  • Internal communication (intranet posts) and visitor registration, coordination with external suppliers
  • Organizational support for planning and executing company events

Your profile:

  • Experience in office administration
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Administration and support skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized
