About This Role – Administrative Assistant We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible to provide a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to operations. What You’ll Do - Perform routine daily administrative and office support operations. - Assist with field and operational activities in association with Administrative Coordinator. - Execute company document control procedures. - Ensure the execution of company policies and procedures. - Proofread and format proposals and change requests prior to sending to customers. - Set up jobs in JD Edwards - Route contracts through MJE's internal routing system.
