POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of HLB Tropical Food. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing essential support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
