Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

TerraCorp Management, located in London, Ontario, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Maintenance Team to provide administrative support to the maintenance department by managing work orders, scheduling, inventory, and documentation.
As Administrative Assistant- Maintenance you will:

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

  • Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Capital Projects/Maintenance Coordinator, and other department staff
  • PO creation/input/change orders from Maintenance and Capex
  • Expense tracking for Capex projects and invoice reconciliation
  • Pest control scheduling and data input/reconciliation
  • Collection and input of data and submission of reports
  • Appliance tracking
  • RM lighting and supply ordering (alternating monthly)
  • Liaise with offsite staff
  • Preparation of various correspondence
  • Photocopy, fax, scan documents
  • Other duties as assigned
