Summary of Performance Expectations: The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Managed Care Department. This role is responsible for organizing and maintaining the contract database, tracking contract terms and renewals, and assisting with the indexing, preparation, and distribution of reports and documentation. The assistant helps coordinate communication between internal teams and external payers, supports credentialing and compliance processes, and ensures accurate record-keeping for managed care agreements.   Education & Credentials: Required High School diploma or equivalent. Basic computer application skills.   Preferred Associate degree in related field or formal technical/vocational education. Formal training in basic computer applications (i.e., Word, Windows Applications).     Work Experience:   Required   No experience required.
