Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive, well-organised, and friendly Admin Assistant Manager to support the Centre Manager in both operational and administrative duties. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with elements of team coordination and centre support, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role and thrives in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Centre Manager
  • Act as a professional point of contact for tenants, contractors, suppliers, and visitors
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and tenant records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence efficiently
  • Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and letters
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and take minutes
  • Support marketing activities and the organisation of centre events
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate services and schedules
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with health & safety and compliance record-keeping
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the centre’s administrative operations
