Administrative Assistant Manager Torrance, CA (On-site) Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 Bilingual Japanese/English preferred About the Role Inaba Foods is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support executive leadership. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in opening new offices, coordinating office logistics, and managing business insurance. The Senior Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and efficiency while fostering a professional and supportive office environment. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient, well-functioning workplace. * Lead and coordinate logistics for office openings, relocations, and expansions, including vendor management, lease coordination, and IT/telecom setup. * Work with Vice President on business insurance policies renewal and serve as one of the primary contact for brokers and providers. * Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance standards. * Partner closely with executives to support company-wide initiatives and administrative needs. * Coordinate contracts, vendor agreements, and office supply procurement. * Manage office facilities, security access, and space planning. * Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, and external partners. * Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements. * Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications * 5+ years of office administration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. * Proven experience opening and managing office locations, including logistics and vendor coordination. * Strong knowledge of business insurance policies, compliance, and claim handling. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with office management tools/software preferred. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Strong interpersonal skills and experience working directly with executives. * Japanese bilingual is a plus. Work Environment * Full-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA. * 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday.
