Hurst-Rosche has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant / Marketing Support in our Hillsboro office. We are an integrated design firm that unites a dynamic team of architects, engineers, surveyors, and industry specialists driven to help solve our clients’ greatest challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide variety of office support functions using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Prepare, format, and process technical specifications, reports, correspondence, proposals, and business development materials.
  • Maintain organized project files and process project paperwork, submittals, and outbound mail.
  • Serve as the primary attendant for the local phone system, including answering, routing, and greeting in-office visitors.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including:
  • Market and database research
  • Resume development
  • Project data management
  • Assist in preparing and formatting documents such as letters, change orders, test reports, and government forms.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing, cooperative, and professional demeanor.

This position combines traditional office administration with marketing support functions. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and initiative to every task—whether organizing project files, supporting marketing campaigns, or assisting colleagues across the office.
