Why This Role Rocks We’re looking for a welcoming, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Owner/Founder and various teams across the company. This key role is all about keeping the day-to-day running smoothly by managing schedules, handling phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, coordinating customer intake and lead assignment, booking travel and planning company events. Your attention to detail and communication skills will keep us connected and efficient. What You’ll Be Doing Manage the Owner/Founder’s calendar and appointments Answer phones with a warm, welcoming demeanor and intake potential customers Assign sales leads to appropriate team members promptly Book travel and coordinate company events, such as birthday breakfasts and annual staff outings Assist with sending gifts to clients and other relationship-building activities Support the Project Manager with appointment scheduling and 811 locate requests Provide additional administrative office support as needed Maintain organization and follow-through on tasks that keep the company moving forward Ensure timely and professional communication for incoming calls and inquiries Demonstrate flexibility to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail The Ideal You Welcoming and professional phone demeanor with strong communication skills Highly detail-oriented and organized to handle multiple priorities Proficient with Microsoft Office products and quick to learn new software including CRM tools 1-2 years experience in an office or administrative environment preferred Team player with a proactive attitude who embraces the company’s family-oriented culture and core values of professionalism, integrity, and passion, communication, adaptability and loyalty.
