This position is responsible for maintaining departmental records, coordinating reports, supporting quality improvement initiatives, ensuring data accuracy within the Maternal Data Center, and facilitating communication across units. The MCH Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the daily operations of the department by assisting with regulatory compliance, meeting coordination, data collection, and performance monitoring to support quality patient care and departmental efficiency. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Able to handle multiple priorities Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication skills required Must be detail oriented and organized with the ability work independently Ability to write clear, grammatically correct letters and reports Understanding of medical terminology Preferred Qualifications: Secretarial or administrative assistant experience Prior experience in healthcare BA or BS in Business or Health Care related field Overview When it comes to quality, we're 5 Star!
