Description

Rowsell Roofing Ltd is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Yeovil, limited to a period of 9 months to cover maternity leave. The post will be 3-4 days a week, with specific hours negotiable.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Sage accounting software advantageous, but not required
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management and an organised approach to your workload
  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • GCSE Grades A*-C in English and Maths or equivalent (Grade 9-5).
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Responsibilities
  • Answer and handle customer enquiries and other telephone communications with professionalism
  • Input purchase invoices and manage supplier accounts
  • Create and maintain various company documentation including contract files, personnel files etc.
  • General administrative support tasks e.g. handling outgoing and incoming mail, suitably maintain filing, stock check and stationary orders etc.
  • Provide support to the payroll processor by completing timesheet checks and vehicle tracker record comparisons.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and provide additional assistance when required
