Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Community Management team. This is a full-time, in-office position that plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations and delivering outstanding service to our clients and residents. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and direct communications to the appropriate team members Provide administrative support to Community Managers, including maintaining association records and tracking project status Prepare board meeting packets, compliance correspondence, and work orders Manage community websites and process architectural review applications Respond to homeowner inquiries in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with Community Managers and Client Accountants to support client satisfaction and operational efficiency Requirements Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VMS applications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in property management or familiarity with association covenants, maintenance operations, and vendor coordination is preferred Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Optional supplemental benefits, including critical illness and cancer protection plans Additional Information This is a full-time, in-office position.
