ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE
Join Meridian’s dynamic and collaborative team as an Administrative Assistant. In this professional-level role, you will work closely with Associates and Partners of all levels across the firm, providing essential administrative support and contributing to key projects. Your responsibilities will go beyond traditional administrative tasks, offering you the opportunity to take on project work that may be technical or analytical in nature. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hybrid role, offering flexibility with a blend of in-office and remote work. You’ll spend three days a week on-site at our Toronto, Ontario office (typically Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and work remotely for the other two days each week. Standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
