About the Role: HW Power is seeking an Admin Assistant to support office operations through document management, billing assistance, and general administrative tasks. Strong attention to detail, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Key Responsibilities: ² Responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including photocopying documents, plans and work orders, printing, filing and maintaining files. ² Provides support to the billing department ² Responsible for managing a variety of documents. Creating/writing reports, letters, and memos. ² Responsible for coordinating and processing general administrative work. ² Provides support to the Planning Division as needed. ² Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures. ² Promotes safety among peers, subordinates and supervisors. ² Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: ² A high school diploma or GED equivalent required. ² Typically possesses 0 - 3 years of administrative experience in similar type construction environment or equivalent. ² Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. ² Must have an eye for detail ² Excellent Excel skills ² Excellent communication and follow through skills ² Works well under pressure and with deadlines ² Able to multi-task ² Excellent Proofreading skills ² Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, planning and analytical skills required. ² Ability to be friendly, courteous, tactful and maintain composure in dealing with customers and co-workers. ² Working knowledge of business procedures, office equipment and letter and report formats.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit for prolong periods. ² The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
