Miska Trailer Factory
Position: Administrative Assistant
Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm AND / OR Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8 am to 5pm, Wednesday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm
Administrative Department – shifts may vary Monday to Saturday

REQUIREMENTS

  • French an Asset
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in Administration or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience using Business Central, or CRM is an asset
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Time management

  • Required to work Saturdays (on rotation)
Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the organization in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Address and direct incoming calls to appropriate department.
  • Process Sales Order’s and Invoices (Business Central Software)
  • Complete all necessary paperwork in order to complete a customer file (licensing, financing, documents, etc.)
  • Inputs required information into the CRM software.
  • Assist all customers (in person, over the phone, and via email), ensuring optimum customer service.
  • Ensure all invoices / work orders are completed and payments are accepted from customers in a timely manner.
  • Comfortable handling large cash transactions
  • Maintain and organize customer files.
  • Communicating with customers regarding timelines, final payment, delivery / pick up dates.
  • Maintaining a customer-focused environment, keeping customer service a priority, and addressing all inquiries in a professional manner
  • Communicate with Sales Coordinator, Administrative team, Service department, and other applicable parties to ensure that all trailers are processed in a timely fashion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required.
