MME is growing, and we are looking to add great people to our team! We believe that PEOPLE MATTER and PERFORMANCE MATTERS. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and projects teams.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist different departments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; and/or further education in a related field
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) QuickBooks experience is a strong asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including invoice preparation, coding, and processing.
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with invoicing and bill payments
  • Maintain project files, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Provide cost tracking and reporting support for active projects.
  • Assist with purchase orders, expense entries, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with project managers and accounting team members to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as required.
