Description

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join the team at our Clitheroe Service Centre , the ideal candidate must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, be able to provide efficient support demonstrating attention to detail.
Supporting the day-to-day functions of the busy retail environment and assisting in other ad-hoc duties where required.

Responsibilities
  • Processing data and accurate record keeping using multiple systems - Sage 50/CRM/ MS /Excel
  • Overseeing customers orders ensuring that they are dealt with quickly and effectively
  • Using the company’s CRM software to create and add new customers/ jobs/events onto our system
  • Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to ensure invoices are approved
  • Processing card payments
  • Maintenance of company files and documents
  • Answering emails, and dealing with customer queries
  • Answering our busy Sales Telephone line
  • Processing Purchase and Sales orders, via a variety of communications
  • Dealing with customer service enquiries
  • Processing Invoices and Credits
  • General administration duties
