Since 1947, the Moffitt brand has been synonymous with great service, and we encourage you to see why our customers prefer us over our competitors.      Moffitt Services is looking to expand our team. We are currently hiring an Administrative Coordinator to meet our growing business and customer needs.    Key Responsibilities: * Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence * Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars * Prepare reports, presentations, and documents * Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper) * Perform data entry and update company databases * Order office supplies and manage inventory * Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoices and expense reports * Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner * Support team members with administrative tasks as needed *   Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) Previous experience, preferably in the trucking, fuel, or logistics industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software Knowledge of DOT regulations are a plus
