Key Responsibilities Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and prioritizing appointments across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations for executive meetings, board meetings, and private equity investor updates Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and documentation with the highest level of discretion and professionalism Coordinate and prepare materials for quarterly board meetings, investor calls, and strategic planning sessions Serve as primary point of contact between the President's office and internal departments, external partners, vendors, and private equity stakeholders Manage expense reports, invoice processing, and budget tracking for the executive office Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) and respond appropriately or route to relevant parties Coordinate executive team meetings and ensure follow-up on action items and deliverables Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and senior-level executive support experience 3–5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Experience within the construction, restoration, or professional services industry preferred Strong understanding of business operations, financial workflows, and executive-level reporting Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage confidential matters and lead through influence Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
