JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy Residential & Commercial Mortgage Professional. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and confident in handling administrative duties, client communication, and document management in a fast-paced environment.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations from application through to closing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role (preferred)
  • Mortgage, real estate, or finance experience is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRMs
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with mortgage processes is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support on financing files for the mortgage professional and a real estate team
  • Collect and organize client documentation
