Our work environment includes:
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing to the appropriate person or department
- Placing orders for items such as stock and equipment
- Booking couriers and dealing with overnight carriers
- Gathering information and collating documents for the installation team
- Managing the installation diary
- Supporting the management team with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional demeanour and customer service-oriented attitude
