JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and external liaison coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least college diploma (Diploma) or above, major is not limited (preferably business administration, management);
Experience: at least 1 year related administrative work experience (fresh graduates with excellent ability may also be considered).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong initiative, able to solve problems independently;
Good time management and multitasking skills;
Friendly personality, strong sense of teamwork; need to have a certain ability to coordinate and communicate at home and abroad

Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative affairs, including document management, mail receipt and dispatch, office supplies procurement;
Coordinate conference room reservation, schedule meetings and meeting record collation;
Assist in handling staff attendance, vacation records and onboarding and offboarding procedures;
Coordinate with external suppliers or customers, process basic inquiries and follow-up affairs;
Support the financial department (Beijing headquarters, China) to complete basic financial work such as invoice processing and reimbursement document sorting;
Maintain office cleanliness and normal operation of equipment, coordinate maintenance affairs;
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
