Experience:

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate Referrals & Intakes: Set up new clients and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Liaise with Therapists: Offer top-notch support to our team and clients.
  • Manage Office Supplies: Keep everything running like clockwork!
  • Raise Invoices & Assist with Billing: Help with accounts receivable and ensure everything is in order.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: No two days are the same – be ready for variety!
  • Liaise with NDIS Providers & Plan Managers to make sure we’re all aligned.
  • Work Closely with Managers: Help drive efficiency and contribute to the team’s success.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience (NDIS knowledge is a bonus but not essential).
  • Must complete a NDIS Workers Screening before commencing in the Role.
  • Exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Analytical thinking and process improvement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new systems.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and ready to be a team player.
