Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Administrative Assistant to provide support at our Green Bay, WI branch. Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction & Sales: Help customers with incoming questions and concerns over the phone and email using solutions-oriented and caring communication. You’ll also contact current and interested customers to establish long-term relationships. You’ll look for opportunities to use our services to satisfy customers’ needs and desires. Primarily in the winter months, you will make phone calls to our customers to ensure they are signed up for upcoming services.
  • Branch Administrative Support: Supporting the growth of the branch and assisting the branch manager will be the core of your administrative responsibilities. Your attention to detail will shine by accurately entering, updating, and organizing customer data into our customer management software. Generating customer reports, processing customer payments, and making bank deposits will be part of your daily routine.
  • Route Scheduling: Schedule routes for our specialists to maximize efficiency and quality of service to our customers
