POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily front-desk operations at our clinic. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, healthcare environment. This role is essential in creating a smooth and positive experience for both patients and staff.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous administrative or front-desk experience (medical or health clinic experience is an asset)
  • Experience working with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims and documentation through HCAI is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Proficient with computers and scheduling software
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
