JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to support daily office operations, ensure smooth administrative workflows, and assist in basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and possess a working knowledge of basic bookkeeping or financial procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and coordinate logistics for internal/external events.
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Handle employee document filing, ID processing, and general HR coordination.
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, document handling, and correspondence.
