Description SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to the Director of Children Services Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A FLSA Status: Non-exempt Work from home eligible: Yes Essential Job Responsibilities: Print, log and total timesheets and invoices Create spreadsheets of monthly reports Assist with United Way reports Monitor Jot forms from providers Payroll review and reporting Requirements Detail oriented Organized Working knowledge of Office 365 products, strong emphasis on Excel Ability to work independently as well as team player Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED required At least 1 year of office experience Early intervention experience preferred Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must have ability to lift/move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. periodically
