As the Company continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Female Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordination duties to support business operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years in Administrative positions
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong command in English
  • Attentive to details
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
  • High level of organization and time management
Responsibilities
  • Order and track delivery of stationery and other supplies
  • Handle procurement: vendor sourcing, getting quotations, preparing purchase orders
  • Prepare and manage letters, memos, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist employees and managers with general administrative requests.
