SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in office administration, scheduling, or customer service is desirable.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, cloud filing).
  • Ability to draft clear, accurate documents from notes/templates.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Knowledge of the building industry or construction terminology (preferred but not essential).
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and organised Office All-Rounder to support our busy construction office. This role is suited to someone with strong admin skills who enjoys variety and can manage tasks with accuracy. You will work closely with the Office Manager and Director to handle essential administration, scheduling, and quoting support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, tenants, and property managers.
  • Draft quotes from site notes/templates for review.
  • Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and update job statuses.
  • Handle email and phone communications professionally.
  • Prepare and file basic documents and correspondence.
  • Keep digital and physical records organised (quotes, contracts, QBCC documents, etc.).
  • General office support as required.
