  • Fluent communication skills in both Danish and English is a must.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:

Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Manufacturing Development & Quality Control has its base in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development. We are app. 460 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio. Our area also includes the Quality Control unit for all BRD’s products. Together we drive change by always looking for improvements within our processes and in the way we work to make our products reach as many patients as possible.

Responsibilities

Your main task will be to support the administrative processes in our department of 65 highly engaged employees. You are our ‘go to’ person ensuring all employees are equipped to do their job.
You are our ‘social event’ manager coordinating celebrations supporting the community in the department.

You will be a part of the management team responsible of:

  • meeting coordination & scheduling
  • managing administrative IT systems supporting:
  • the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees
  • the purchases and investments in the department
  • budget and manning overview
  • granting of IT access and access review

You will be a member of the BRD Administrative Assistant Group optimizing administrative processes across the area.
