Nusens operates across Ontario and several other provinces.
We’re currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, committing 40 hours per week. We’re on the lookout for someone who’s not just detail-oriented and flexible, but also possesses a flair for both accounting and finance. Your primary responsibility will be providing administrative support, especially in accounting and finance-related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact: answer phones, take messages, and greet clients
  • Maintain office functionality, including equipment upkeep and supply orders
  • Track and manage office inventory, including ordering groceries and supplies
